Justin grew up in the beautiful Fingerlakes region of Western upstate NY. At 19 years old he relocated to Northern California and discovered Heartwood Institute, a remote healing arts community in the hills of Humboldt county. He spent 6 years managing the whole foods kitchen and completed multiple programs & certifications.

These include Swedish & deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, reiki, breathwork & somatic release. After Heartwood he went on to study Visionary Craniosacral with the Milne Institute in the Bay area. From there he moved to the North shore of Kauai where he worked as a private chef & holistic health practitioner.  He spent 10 years in NYC and founded a chain of six healthy fast casual restaurants called Mulberry & Vine. 

Justin has been practicing bodywork for over 20 years and is grateful to once again be offering CST here on the Humboldt coast
